The Article is Titled:  Alan Cech Maple Ridge Realtor Pleads Guilty Unethical Behaviour

It is completely factual and referenced with a screenshot of the discipline that the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver Canada handed down to him.  So why Google has used the harsh hand of deletion is beyond us as they do not even have the courtesy to forward the complaint against it or their reasons for accepting it's legal arguments.

Logically speaking the complaint could only have come from either Alan Cech himself or his former brokerage One Percent Realty Ltd.  Alan Cech is no longer a REALTOR® and I hope that these efforts keep it that way.

I wish you well in your life Alan Cech, just stay away from guns, sharp objects, children and women and you should live out your life without going to jail.  Moral of the story: Don't fuck with Transnistria!

Alan Cech Maple Ridge Realtor Pleads Guilty Unethical Behaviour

Alan Cech, One Percent Realty, Maple Ridge Realtor really got himself in trouble with the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver it seems.  His temper has caused him to get in trouble at several of  the brokerages he has hung his shingle at during his short, unsuccessful real estate career.  He has consented to this going on his permanent record which in layman's speak means:  Plead guilty to unethical behavior.

The content on Cech's blog has all but disappeared as his managing broker now has been forced to keep him on a short leash.  A Google search of Alan Cech has revealed many inappropriate comments and shows a high level of contempt for his colleagues and others that disagree with him.
